Are you a community leader, teacher, social worker, or caregiver who works with children in need? The Toy Chest Children’s Charity is here to partner with you in making this holiday season brighter for families across Kentucky.
As we celebrate 15 years of delivering holiday joy, our mission remains simple: to make sure Christmas belongs to every child. We provide new toys, warm clothing, and other essential items to children who might otherwise go without — and we do this by collaborating closely with public schools, community centers, and local organizations that serve Kentucky’s most vulnerable kids.
How Our Service Request Process Works

Submit a Request: Complete the Service Request form with details about the children or group you’re supporting — including ages, specific needs, and any helpful background information.

Our Review: Our volunteer team carefully reviews all submissions to ensure we’re meeting as many needs as possible with the resources available.

Follow-Up & Fulfillment: If your request aligns with our mission and capacity, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps and coordinate a plan for gift delivery.
⚠️ Important Note About Individual Requests ⚠️
Because we are an all-volunteer organization with limited capacity, we are unable to fulfill individual requests submitted directly by families during the holiday season. Our model focuses on partnering with schools and community organizations to identify children most in need.
If you’re seeking support for a specific child or family, we encourage you to contact your local school, school district, or community center — they may already work with us or can connect you to additional resources.
